Cancellation Policy: AWWA must receive cancellations in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations dated by deadline will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. After deadline, cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitute registrants are welcome. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to service@awwa.org.

International attendees: Do you need a letter of invitation from AWWA? Submit the request form. Requests will be honored for attendees and presenters with the intent to register.

AWWA will provide Certificates of Completion for sessions & workshops. Use the conference Mobile App to track your session attendance by downloading “AWWA Events” from your app store, then entering posted Check-in & Check-out codes at the beginning and conclusion of each session.

Important Note: All approvals are at the discretion of your licensing agency, and a Certificate of Completion does not guarantee that your agency will award you credit. It is the individual's responsibility to contact the licensing agency to confirm that the education program is acceptable for continuing education credit. Visit awwa.org/credits to learn more.
