AWWA's Technical and Educational Council and Standards Council were established to further AWWA's charter as an international, nonprofit, scientific, and educational society. AWWA's Standards Council develops water industry standards approved by the American National Standards Institute. Key to this work are the many volunteer members of AWWA committees. Our goal is to provide you with easy access to the materials and water knowledge that are necessary for our day-to-day work.
