SUBSCRIPTION FAQs:

• Annual Subscription Webinars will air from January to December, covering one calendar year.
• Subscribers can view webinars live or on-demand. To view a webinar on-demand, use your original access link, sign-in, and the recording will open.
• If you attempt to register for a subscription webinar through awwa.org, you will be prompted for additional payment. Please do not attempt self-registration for webinars which are included in your subscription.
• There is one exception to the rule above: subscribers will not be automatically registered for FREE webinars, which are sponsored and presented by industry service providers. If you wish to attend one of these webinars, self-registration through awwa.org will be required.
• Registration confirmation emails are sent from do_not_reply@on24event.com. Please confirm this address is included in your safe senders list so you don’t miss important messages.
• Scheduled programming is subject to change.
• Subscription fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIBERS
Registration Process:

1. Individual subscribers will receive programming updates on a bi-monthly basis. (See schedule below.) These update emails will include your access links for upcoming webinars.
2. As a courtesy, individual subscribers are automatically registered for upcoming webinars included in each update email.

GROUP SUBSCRIBERS
Registration Process:
Our webinar team ensures a personalized customer experience, providing technical support and schedule updates thorough the year.

1. The “primary contact” for your group webinar subscription will receive programming updates on a bi-monthly basis. (See schedule below.) These update emails will include access links for upcoming webinars, to be shared internally with your staff.
2. Employees may then use the access links to sign themselves up for webinars which interest them, so the program is tailored to suit the needs of each staff member.
3. Each employee will need to sign up with their own email address, using your group order number.
4. Registration confirmations are sent from do_not_reply@on24event.com. Please make sure this address is added to your safe senders list.

Bi-monthly subscriber updates distributed:

• Issue 1 (Jan-Feb links) – Welcome email sent after payment for subscription is received.
• Issue 2 (March-April links) – Sending Monday, March 3

Accessing your AWWA webinar:

1.  When purchasing online, watch carefully for the final confirmation screen. Keep track of your order number.

3. Watch your inbox. You will receive both a receipt and an access link email. To ensure you receive all necessary webinar communications, please include the following email two addresses in your safe senders list:

4. Please note, you will not receive your webinar access link until payment is complete.

How to access your Certificate of Completion for AWWA Webinars:
In order to receive an AWWA Certificate of Completion, attendees must view the full webinar.

If earned, you will be able to download your Certificate at the conclusion of the webinar (live or on-demand). Simply click the ribbon icon in ON24 browser before you exit. You can also go back and download it later. ON24 should save your progress.

Additional options to access your webinar Certificate of Completion:

1. Wait two hours post airing, then click the exact same link that you used to join the webinar. The recording will be there, along with the icon to access your Certificate of Completion.
2. Wait about 24 hours and you’ll receive an automatic “Thank you for attending email” or “Sorry we missed you” – that email will have link to access your Certificate of Completion.
3. Wait about a week and then log on to your AWWA account – following the five steps at www.awwa.org/credits you will be able to access all your Certificates and download from your AWWA account.

Certificates will also be stored in your AWWA account under “My Transcripts.”
Please allow 30-60 days for certificate processing time. If you are having problems with login, call 800.926.7337 or email service@awwa.org for assistance.

Disclaimer:
AWWA Certificates of Completion for webinars may, or may not, be valid for continuing education in your state, as every state and license is different. Please check with your agency to determine if an AWWA Certificate will be accepted for credit.

AWWA DOES NOT SUBMIT STATE APPLICATIONS FOR WEBINARS. For licensed operators: limited states accept webinars for continuing education. Because qualifications vary from state to state, attendees are expected to verify the details of their unique situation prior to registering.

It is the individual’s responsibility, before registering for any education program, to contact his/her licensing agency: 1. To confirm that the education program is acceptable for continuing education credit towards your particular license; and 2. To confirm what is needed to submit for credit approval.

AWWA recommends that you:

• Contact the agency 30 days prior to attending training.
• Ask your agency about its relevancy criteria.
• Ask your agency if the training format is approved (online vs. in-person).
• Find out what credit the agency approves.
• Find out what you need to do in order to receive credit.
• Find out whether you must submit an application prior to attending or submit handouts, etc., after training.

Cancellation Policy
When you purchase an AWWA webinar you are automatically entitled to a recording, therefore webinar purchases are non-refundable. If you are unable to join the webinar during the initial airing, there’s no need to worry — a link to the recording will be available when the webinar concludes.
