I have a subscription, but videos will not play.
This is most likely a firewall issue. Please have your IT department ensure that the domain *.webcastcloud.com is whitelisted. Next, clear your browser cache, go back to video.awwa.org, and sign-in.
I have purchased a subscription. How do I log in?
Once you have purchased a subscription, visit video.awwa.org and click on the blue “Login” button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Utilize your AWWA login credentials (the same username and password you use on the awwa.org website) to login.
How do I get my team signed up to watch AWWA Video Streaming?
If your utility purchases an organizational subscription to AWWA Video Streaming, your employees must register on awwa.org before logging in to the video platform to watch video content.
Here are instructions to provide them on how to register an account. If you have questions or encounters any issues in registration please contact AWWA Customer Service at service@awwa.org.
How to Register an AWWA Account:
- Visit awwa.org and click “Login” in the upper-right corner.
- Create an account.
- On the “Tell Us About Yourself” screen, you will fill out the form with your information. To ensure that you can watch content at video.awwa.org, you will need to make sure you register as an employee of your utility. To do this, fill out City, State, and Country fields. Start typing in the name of your employer in the “Company Name” field, then click “Find Company.” You will then be able to choose the name of your employer from a dropdown list.
- Finish registration. You can now watch videos at video.awwa.org.
What are the technical requirements to utilize the streaming service?
Streaming is compatible with most browsers, including Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, and many devices including most tablets, mobile phones, and laptops. Internet Explorer is not supported. If you have any technical or playback issues, please contact AWWA Customer Service at service@awwa.org.
Can I download a video and save it to my device?
Training videos can only be viewed while logged-in to your subscription with an active internet connection.
How long do I have access to the streaming service?
You have access to your subscription for one year. 90 days before the end of your subscription, you will receive an email offering you the ability to renew your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellations must occur within 24 hours of your subscription purchase. After that time, cancellations are no longer available. Please contact AWWA Customer Service at service@awwa.org if you have further questions on canceling your subscription.
