Webinar Subscription FAQs
The Basics
- Webinars air from January through December, covering one calendar year.
- Subscribers can attend webinars live or on-demand.
- To view a webinar on-demand, use your original access link, sign in, and the recording will play.
- Do not register for subscription webinars through awwa.org. This will prompt additional payment.
- Exception: FREE webinars, sponsored by industry service providers, require self-registration through AWWA’s store.
Individual Subscriber Registration
Individual subscribers receive bi-monthly update emails with access links for upcoming webinars. As a courtesy, subscribers are automatically registered for webinars included in each update.
Group Subscriber Registration
Our webinar team provides personalized support and schedule updates throughout the year.
- Group Subscription POC:
- Each group must designate a primary point of contact (POC) to receive webinar emails and share access links with staff.
- Your subscription order with AWWA must be placed under the POC’s account. Confirm your POC before purchasing.
- For website login issues, account, or membership questions, please contact Member Services: service@awwa.org or call 303.794.7711.
- Employee Sign-Up:
- Staff members use the On24 employee sign-up links provided in each programming update email.
- Employees can review the schedule and register for webinars that interest them.
- Registration is processed directly through On24. After completing the form, On24 sends a personalized access link from do_not_reply@on24event.com. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
- Employees will need your group subscription order number to register.
- Important: Do not use someone else’s access link. Certificates of Completion are issued to the registered attendee, and AWWA will not have a record of your participation.
Reminders
- Confirmation emails and access links are sent from: do_not_reply@on24event.com. Include this address in your safe senders list to avoid missing important messages.
- Scheduled programming is subject to change.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

AWWA DOES NOT SUBMIT STATE APPLICATIONS FOR WEBINARS. For licensed operators: limited states accept webinars for continuing education. Because qualifications vary from state to state, attendees are expected to verify the details of their unique situation prior to registering.
It is the individual’s responsibility, before registering for any education program, to contact his/her licensing agency: 1. To confirm that the education program is acceptable for continuing education credit towards your particular license; and 2. To confirm what is needed to submit for credit approval.
AWWA recommends that you:
- Contact the agency 30 days prior to attending training.
- Ask your agency about its relevancy criteria.
- Ask your agency if the training format is approved (online vs. in-person).
- Find out what credit the agency approves.
- Find out what you need to do in order to receive credit.
- Find out whether you must submit an application prior to attending or submit handouts, etc., after training.
