I acknowledge that, as a result of this request, (i) my registration and account will be cancelled, (ii) AWWA will destroy all copies of my personal information and I may no longer request a copy of my personal information or request that it be ported to another website. I recognize that this request will be fulfilled as soon as practicable which, in most cases, will be less than ten (10) business days but there may be delays so no assurances can be given.
