Determine Your Membership Grade
AWWA Utility membership is divided into six grades based on the number of customer service connections to better serve your utility’s needs. If your utility is both a water and wastewater system, use the greater number of service connections. Customer Service Connections = Population Served/3.5
Organizational membership comes with a set number of memberships you can allocate to staff.
