WIFIA-SRF Workshop

Financing Solutions for Water Infrastructure

This AWWA workshop brings together water and finance professionals to discuss ways the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA), Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRF), and other programs can be applied to help utilities solve their water infrastructure financing challenges. This workshop will feature interactive sessions on planning for funding opportunities and making safe and sustainable water infrastructure investments.

This year, the program will include a half-day hands-on workshop applying EPA's water infrastructure capital project decision-making tool, a systematic, easily explainable, and transparent process to engage community stakeholders, explain technical analysis, and quantify and compare economic, social, and environmental benefits to make optimal investments and address the challenges and expectations of modern-day project decision-making.
