ACE25 to elevate future of water in Denver
Thousands of water professionals from throughout the world are planning to visit the Mile High City of Denver, Colorado, this June to explore innovations and insights for the fast-moving water sector.
The American Water Works Association (AWWA) is presenting the 2025 Annual Conference & Expo (ACE25) in its headquarters city June 8-11. Best registration rates are available now through April 18.
The 144th annual event – co-hosted by the Rocky Mountain Section of AWWA – is expected to draw more than 10,000 attendees to explore the latest in water solutions. With the theme “Elevate,” ACE25 will showcase opportunities to advance drinking water quality, excellence on the job and positive community impacts.

“We’re excited to bring the water community to our beautiful city, located in the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains, for dynamic networking opportunities, cutting-edge technical sessions, and exciting team competitions,” said ACE25 Local Host Committee Co-Chair Melissa Bryant, the Colorado water program manager at RESPEC.
ACE25 will feature:
- An exhibit hall with more than 350 exhibitors and 1,000 booths featuring leading water technology providers and cutting-edge innovations
- Expert-led technical sessions covering a wide range of topics including water quality, treatment, distribution, management and sustainability
- Pre-conference workshops and facility tours for hands-on learning experiences
- Exciting competitions like Hydrant Hysteria, Pipe Tapping and Tap Water Taste Tests
- Opportunities to earn continuing education units (CEUs)
- Networking events to connect with peers across the global water sector
- An Innovation Hub showcasing emerging technologies and trends
- A targeted program for public officials to make informed decisions about utility operations and finances
AWWA will demonstrate its commitment to environmental stewardship at ACE25 by implementing a comprehensive sustainability plan to minimize the event’s environmental impact. This includes digitalizing conference materials, sourcing food and beverages locally, and offsetting carbon emissions.
