A place to pause, recharge, and connect at ACE26

By the second or third session of the day, the pace of AWWA’s Annual Conference and Exposition (ACE26) can start to blur together. You’re moving from room to room, taking notes, catching up with colleagues, and thinking about how to bring new ideas back home. That’s exactly the moment the Member Exclusive Lounge was designed for.

Located in East Salons A&B — across from the registration area — the Member Lounge is a dedicated space for AWWA members to take a break between sessions. There is no agenda here. It’s a place to sit down, recharge, and have the kind of conversations that happen naturally when you’re surrounded by people who understand your work and your challenges.

In the Member Lounge, you may also:

• Grab coffee or a snack.
• Recharge your devices.
• Pick up the snazzy, new Member pin.

Other programming this week includes:

• A caricature artist from 1 to 5 p.m. Monday.
• A meeting of the Manufacturers/Associates Council from 3 to 4 p.m. Tuesday.
• A Water Equation presentation from 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday.

Everything about the lounge — from its layout to how it’s staffed — reflects what members say they value most at ACE: meaningful connection without pressure. Whether you’re a first-time attendee or a long-time member, the lounge is there as a reminder that ACE isn’t just about sessions and schedules; it’s about the people who make up the water community.

The lounge is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, and from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday. Learn more here.
