Open Exhibit Hall Hours – February 25-27, 2025
Tuesday: 9:45 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Wednesday: 7:45 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Booth fees include the following:
- One (1) Booth Staff Premium Register (per 10×10 booth) all inclusive (all meals including Opening General Session, Technical Sessions and Awards Lunch)
- One (1) Booth Staff Premium Exhibits Only Registration (per 10×10 booth) includes Opening General Session, all meals held inside the Exhibit Hall. Awards Lunch is not included.
- Ten (10) guest passes for friends and family and special guests. Not for booth staff.
- Company description on website and mobile app.
- Company name with booth number in on-site program.
- Pre- and Post- Attendee mailing list (no emails or phone numbers)
- Access to conference proceedings
The exhibiting company is responsible for providing all booth furnishings, including carpet, tables, chairs, and similar. Electricity, internet, water, and other utility connections are not included.
Cancellation Policy:
All booth cancellations must be submitted to AMTA/AWWA in writing. Cancellations via email to exhibitormail@awwa.org are acceptable.
If an exhibitor reduces the space reserved, the cancellation policy will apply to the canceled portion of space, and AMTA/AWWA reserves the right to relocate the exhibitor to new booth space in the best interest of the conference.
Refunds are determined by the following schedule:
On or before July 29, 2024: Full refund
July 29, 2024 – October 17, 2024: 25% cancellation fee will be charged on the entire booth fee.
After October 17, 2024: No refund given.
