For Service Providers and Utility members with over 5,001 service connections, Plus Points have been replaced with a new benefits package that maximizes the value of the former offering and includes:

  • AWWA Standard License
  • Guaranteed number of Individual Members
  • Robust suite of communications and tools
  • Discounts for all utility employees
Steps to Upgrade
✔ Watch for your 2017 Membership Renewal
✔ Fill out the simple renewal form
✔ Return the form with payment to AWWA

Small Systems Utility Member Package

Utilities with less than 5,000 service connections will receive:

  • An enhanced version of Let’s Talk Safety 2017 to include:
    • 12 Training Videos
    • Bonus content specifically for smaller systems
  • Robust suite of communications and tools
  • Discounts for all utility employees
  • A low AWWA dues rate
  • Free training opportunities may exist for those members servicing populations of 10,000 or less
