A one-day program geared toward legal staff, outside legal counsel and general managers will be offered at ACE18. 

Wednesday, June 13 
The session will explore Legal Aspects of Water Infrastructure Funding Mechanisms.

This one-day series of professional sessions will address current legal issues in the water sector, including federal and non-federal funding mechanisms; state revolving funds, municipal bonds, bank financing, and Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA). Panelists will discuss the legal parameters to consider when evaluating mechanisms for funding water infrastructure projects.

While content is directed towards the legal audience, all ACE18 participants are welcome to participate in this event. 6 hours of CLEs will be offered and will be applied for in the state of Nevada.
