This course reviews current methods for rehabilitating water pipelines, maintaining customer service during construction, reconnecting service afterward, and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) technology. You will discover techniques involved in pipe bursting and pipe splitting, well-illustrated by case studies, as well as the various types of replacement pipe that can be installed with the pipe-bursting and pipe-splitting processes.
