Cancellation Policy: AWWA must receive cancellations in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations before the early deadline will receive a refund, minus a 25% administrative fee. After the early deadline, cancellations will not be refunded; however, substitute registrants are welcome. Email requests for substitutions or cancellations to service@awwa.org or fax requests to 303.347.0804.
International attendees: Do you need a letter of invitation from AWWA? Submit the request form. Requests will be honored for attendees and presenters with the intent to register.
TIS covered a range of topics including: diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), data and benchmarking, best practices in recruitment and retention, the role innovation and technology play in the water workforce, and the expected (and unexpected) benefits that a diverse and engaged workforce can bring to utilities, communities, and the water sector ecosystem as a whole.
