The 2020 AWWA-WEF Transformative Issues Symposium on Communications brings together water sector professionals from across North America to discuss the most important and challenging issues associated with communications. This event features interactive sessions delivered by communications thought leaders, both from within and outside the water sector, and will engage attendees in discussions to help foster the exchange of ideas on this critical topic.
Registration for the AWWA/WEF Transformative Issues Symposium on Communications will open in Spring 2020.
Symposium dates are August 17-19, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Topics will focus on evolution and changes in water sector communications, digital communications, social media, building public trust, and addressing today’s water sector challenges. Symposium content will consider key questions, challenges, solutions, case studies, and critical topics most relevant to advance the knowledge and practice of communications in the water sector.
