AWWA recently launched a new website, so users may notice significant upgrades to better serve member and customer needs. Redesigned to improve the user experience, the website features an updated interface and better functionality and navigation. Search capabilities have been enhanced to concentrate on overall site search and on AWWA’s periodicals and products in the AWWA Store. The website is also optimized for viewing on mobile phones and tablets. As part of the redesign, microsites have been introduced to focus on AWWA's Annual Conference & Exposition and the AWWA Store . AWWA Sections also now have their own dedicated microsite, available to assist with the operational duties of Sections. The website login process is unchanged with the upgrade, so users don’t need to create new user names or passwords. However, users should be aware that bookmarks and links to the AWWA website may have been affected, so please check and update them as needed. The website login process is also unchanged for individuals accessing Sharepoint for AWWA committee work. Members may contact Customer Service for assistance.
