Educational Programs
Welcome to the Water Conservation Education Programs section of the WaterWiser website. This section includes the following information to assist municipalities and others in implementing new water conservation education programs.
- A database of existing water conservation education programs in the U.S.
- A group of case studies to see how some of these programs are being implemented in various locations.
- A list of additional education websites for more information. (View "Education" under the Links tab.)
New program listings can also be added to the database. To do this, click "Education Program Suggestions."
The Water Conservation Education Programs section of this website was developed by a group of volunteers from the AWWA Water Conservation Division, with assistance from AWWA staff and a website consultant. Funding was provided by the AWWA Technical and Educational Council.
